What People Say About Us

I had ankle, calf and Achilles issues i could never fix. Jess was kind and patient … she put a plan in place and now I’m better than I’ve ever been. I’ve been to numerous physios, her expertise is unmatched!

Very comfortable consultations, informative and personalised to suit the individual and abilities. Easy exercise guides to comprehend and achieve targets. Highly recommended.

I’d been through two different physiotherapists over two years, with little progress and a lot of frustration. Then I came here and within just 10% of the time it had previously taken, I finally got the results I’d been chasing. The difference was night and day.. more effective treatment, better communication, and a real focus on getting me moving forward. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a knee injury that was treated through Rehabit and am now undergoing treatment for a shoulder injury. I find all the staff at Rehabit to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Exercises are tailored to the individual after assessing your limitations and injury for treatment. Very highly recommended.
